Vivo Musique Internationale is a Montreal, Quebec, Canada based music company founded in 2004 by Glenda Rush. Vivo Musique Internationale encompasses three main areas of business predominantly dedicated to working with music artists and companies and a variety of partners in general public relations and marketing: VIVO PR: Media Relations Agency, VIVO MUSIQUE: Record Label (distributed by Universal Music Canada and Believe Digital Canada) and Artist Management & Booking Agency.  Vivo Musique takes a creative and personalized approach towards achieving individual and/or company objectives. In music, this is with a focus on jazz, international, world music and Latin-tropical genres of music and unique artists, distinct companies and diverse projects - some that may already be established with international profile and activities, and others who or so far, undiscovered gems.


Media Relations Agency- This is mainly in the areas of music and entertainment and in other industries such as law,    science, and education. Glenda Rush is a publicist who has worked on national PR campaigns with companies such as Naxos of Canada Ltd., Spectra Musique, Effendi Records, Laborie Jazz, Universal Music Canada/Verve Music Group and Bergman & Associates Law Firm as examples, and also with individual artists and clients. Vivo works mostly in jazz, Latin, and international styles of music but totally opne to and loves all styles of music. Vivo puts emphasis on the individuality and unique aspects of the project, for an outside of the box approach to media  relations. We have an extensive contact list that includes multi-lingual and multi-cultural media, individuals and companies. We offer general marketing services, media training, video, film, theatrical planning and presentations-creative direction, concept and story creation.

Record Label-
Based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, founded in 2013 by Glenda Rush and dedicated to presenting      Canadian-international artists and their original works of music. Vivo Musique is distributed in Canada by Universal Music Canada and Believe Numérique. In November 2013, Vivo Musique launched a debut album, Enamorarse en la playa by the Latin music orchestra, Rafael & Energía Dominicana, led by Rafael, a Montreal based, Dominican Republic born Latin music singer, songwriter and bandleader. The album so far to date, has received critical acclaim that include a 4 x star review in Le Journal de Montréal, and media comments such as from the Quebec website Musicomania: This is an energetic and very well produced album that rivals some of the best recordings of Latin music in the world.”

About Glenda Rush:
(Glenda Marlene Ruch) is the founder, president and principal of Vivo Musique Internationale. She is a native Montrealer whose background includes working at Canadian record companies in Toronto for over 12 years. This includes PolyGram Records of Canada in the Classics & Jazz division, Warner Music Canada in International Marketing, and Universal Music Canada/Verve Music Group, where she was a National Jazz Publicist with an additional  focus on developing Latin music and world music product in Canada. Glenda founded Vivo Musique Internationale based on a natural evolution of her independent activities working with Canadian- Latin musicand international artists and jazz repertoire projects in bookings, production, media relations, artist development and promotion. She got her start in the music and entertainment industry as a musician/bass player and theatre student/actress in Montreal. She has a B.A. Honours from the Theatre Department, York University, Toronto, Ontario and an Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle/Business Marketing, Ministère de l’éducation du loisir et du sport, Montreal, Quebec. Glenda leads seminars as a post secondary teacher  in music promotion & marketing in the Audio Recording Technology program at Vanier College-CEGEP in Montreal. She is a member of ACTRA and SOCAN in Canada.
